In a global HR and Payroll implementation project, a Project Facilitator plays a specialist, crucial supporting role to the Project Manager and broader project team.
While not typically responsible for direct delivery, the Project Facilitator ensures operational efficiency, training, coaching, coordination, and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
The primary focus is usually to coordinate, streamline, and support cross-functional activities, communication, and logistics, enabling the Project Manager, implementation team and stakeholders to remain focused on core delivery and decision-making.
